13^th Annual Golf Outing/Fundraiser for the Rockwood Scholarship Foundation (aka Westerhold Family Foundation)

Wednesday – July 26^th, 2017 at

Seven Bridges Golf Club

Here is some information you may need for this year’s event.

• Registration is from 11am to 12:15pm.  Lunch will be served and our putting contest for $5,000 will take place on the practice green.
  
• Modified scramble tee-off is at 12:30pm.  There will be a number of contests around the course.
  
• Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are served from 5pm to 6:30pm.  Silent auction items will be available for bidding and raffle tickets can be purchased.
• Dinner will be served at 6:30pm.
  
• Rental clubs are available at the course.  If you need clubs, please let us know in advance so we can reserve them at the course.
  
• The outing will take place rain or shine.

• If you are able to donate an item for the raffle or silent auction tables, please notify Nancy Carollo (ncarollo@rockwoodco.com) or Phil Reimer (preimer@rockwoodco.com).

Registrations and sponsorships should be received no later than Wednesday, July 5^th. 

The sooner the better for planning purposes. 


The foundation has setup a PayPal account for anyone that desires to pay by VISA or MasterCard.  The webpage for credit card payments is www.rockwoodco.com/foundation/paypal.aspx. 

We can also take a check or Jackie will be happy to setup a payment schedule over 2 or 3 months.

This year, in addition to individual scholarships, the foundation will be making donations to the Katie Insurance School at Illinois State University and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.  We hope to see everyone there!
